About 1-A Services

In 1998, Brian Wagoner took over a small plumbing outfit from his mentor, W.L. Turner. Armed with a toolbelt, a truck, and a Mapsco map — back before GPS was a thing — Brian spent years crisscrossing the metroplex testing backflow assemblies, installing irrigation systems, and building a reputation one job at a time.

Before plumbing, Brian was a mechanic. He understood how things work, and that carried over. Under his leadership, 1-A Services took on major projects — building laboratories for companies like Lennox, First Co., and Underwriters Laboratories. But the heart of the business was always the same: backflow, fire lines, and taking care of the people who called.

Brian's wife, Regina Wagoner, left a career in HR management to help run the company. She's the one who keeps the office moving — scheduling, compliance, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Together they grew 1-A Services from a one-truck operation into what it is today.

Brian stepped into retirement in 2024, and the field side is now led by Corbin Moyer — licensed Master Plumber, HVAC contractor, and backflow tester. Corbin's been in the trades for over a decade and brings the same mindset Brian built the company on: do the job right, charge a fair price, and pick up the phone when it rings.
